平成女鉾清音会の30周年という大きな節目を祝う記念事業のオープニング式典に出席いたしました。
しかしながら、式典全体の進行は古くからの「男社会」の体質や形式主義が色濃く残るものであり、女性たちの主体的な歩みをたたえる場の意図とは裏腹に、非常に失望を感じざるを得ない内容でした。
伝統の継承と多様性の尊重が求められる今だからこそ、式典のあり方や運営姿勢についても時代に即した見直しが必要なのではないかと強く感じます。
I attended the opening ceremony for the 30th-anniversary commemorative project of the Heisei Onnaboko Sayanekai.
However, the proceeding of the ceremony was deeply rooted in traditional male-dominated conventions and formalism. Contrary to the event’s intended purpose—to celebrate the independent journey and achievements of women—it left me thoroughly disappointed.
Precisely because we live in an era that demands both the preservation of tradition and respect for diversity, I strongly feel that the way such ceremonies are conducted and organized needs to be updated to align with modern values.
