Limitations of startup support

Attracting foreign entrepreneurs and highly specialized human resources is key to revitalizing local economies.
However, there are major barriers that the government cannot avoid in maximizing its potential.

That is the requirement for obtaining a "Management/Administration" visa (status of residence), which is necessary for foreign entrepreneurs to establish and continue to operate a company in Japan.
The requirements, which were revised last October 16, are a major barrier and stand in the way of entrepreneurs.

Can the government provide assistance to overcome this high barrier?
